I’m a little surprised at your Final Crisis review Lewis. I don’t think that DC should be losing all of your faith….there are some great books they’re publishing right now, even if your not digging Crisis. Titles like Green Lantern, Batman, and JSA are just a few examples….and let’s be serious, it’s Morrison on Crisis. Of course it’s going to be all weird and convoluted, at first. Though I agree it would be nice to have solid issue after solid issue throughout this mini-series, it ain’t gonna happen. When all 7 issues are out and you can read it from start to finish, I have full confidence that the story will live up to expectations, if only because a genius writer like Morrison is at the helm. If it were almost anyone else I think I’d be worrying. Your review does have extreme merit, but other points can be made so as to not shatter peoples entire hopes on a title as huge, and (possibly) as important as Crisis.
